TOUR DE FRANCE Stage 12: Cav wins his third in this Tour and takes the green jersey.  Hoogerland stays in polka dots all bandaged up while Thomas Voeckler stays in yellow.

Only had about 30 minutes to ride before lunch so this was it.  Definitely one of the benefits of working from home otherwise I would be able to ride even less.  Took out Worthington and after the last couple days on Luigi up the same hills, I can feel the 9 pound weight difference.
